Overview
This page documents UPeake Transport's SMS opt-in consent flow as required for A2P 10DLC carrier compliance. All SMS communications are strictly operational. No marketing messages are sent.
How Consent Is Collected
Customers who submit a Pickup Request or Quote Request through upeake.com must manually check an unchecked SMS consent checkbox located directly below the phone number field before submitting the form.
The checkbox:

Is unchecked by default

Must be actively selected by the user

Is separate from the general service authorization
-
Cannot be submitted in a pre-selected state

Exact Consent Language
The following language appears directly beside the SMS checkbox on all UPeake Transport web forms:
"By checking this box, you agree to receive SMS communications from UPeake Transport at the phone number provided regarding pickup scheduling, dispatch coordination, delivery updates, and operational notifications. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase."
