Overview
This page documents UPeake Transport's SMS opt-in consent flow as required for A2P 10DLC carrier compliance. All SMS communications are strictly operational. No marketing messages are sent.
Message Types
UPeake Transport sends only operational SMS communications related to pickup scheduling, dispatch coordination, delivery status updates, route notifications, customer support communications, and service-related alerts. Marketing, promotional, or advertising messages are not sent through this campaign.
Customers may opt in to receive SMS communications through the Pickup Request Form, Quote Request Form, and Contact Form located on the UPeake Transport website.
The SMS consent checkbox:
 • Is unchecked by default
 • Requires affirmative user action
 • Is optional and not required to submit the form
 • Is separate from service authorization
 • Is not a condition of purchase or service
 • Appears immediately above the Submit button
